KINGSBOROUGH

Vital was involved in the engineering associated with the master planning and estate development which saw a single section in Kingston divided into six individual blocks and one community title lease. At completion this project included 300 apartments, 38 terraces and 2,500m2 of commercial space.

WILLINGA PARK

Willinga Park boasts the latest in equine facilities, accommodation and support services including commercial kitchens, breeding centers, conferencing amenities and training facilities. Vital has been involved in this project since it’s inception in 2012 and continues to provide it’s services to date. Willinga Park is hydraulically self sufficient through the use of a complete internal water harvesting and reticulation network, as well as onsite waste water disposal. This project is complete with a network reticulated fire system which proved invaluable in the 2020 bush fires.

RSSS BUILDING AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

The new Research School of Social Sciences Building amalgamates over a dozen buildings spread over the vast ANU campus. The 11,700 sqm ‘building in the park’ will include world class teaching, research and study facilities.

CONSTITUTION PLACE

Constitution Place located in the Canberra City offers 80,000m2 of A-grade office space. The project is split into two commercial office buildings located atop a shared three level basement carpark. The project achieves a 5 star NABERS energy rating as well as a gold rated WELLs accreditation. Within the development there is a 5 star, four level, 130 room Adina Hotel and is now the ACT Government’s new headquarters.
