The Parade is the final building in the C5 precinct and is placed between the past Vital Projects of Koben and Greenwich Park. The Parade consists of 242 residential apartments and 63 hotel rooms spread over seven levels, combining two individual leases to create a separate commercial and residential title. Vital partnered with JW Land, ICON and O’Neill & Brown Plumbing to deliver the Hydraulic Services for the development.
